In Beautifully Brutal, Nicole Edwards writes of good &
bad and how two worlds collide. I love a good suspense romance. One that keeps
me entertained and on the edge of my seat. This story kept me wanting more with
each page. There was so much going on with a new surprise around every corner.
We got a taste of opposite worlds.
I’m not a big fan of flashbacks, going backward and forward
always changing time, but it worked here, giving us glimpses into Max and
Courtney’s ever changing relationship.
We first met Maximillian Adorite
and Courtney Kogan in Waiting on Morning. It was apparent,
there was more to their story. Their chemistry is evident from that
first meeting. They have passion and fire and are red hot together.
This story is filled with a great plot with suspense and
surprises; a roller coaster of emotions with plenty of heat. This is the first in a new series but could
definitely be read as standalone.
As always Nicole Edwards gives us another great book.
