The second book in the Southern Boy Mafia series takes us
back into the dark world of the mob. Once you come into the fold you are family
for life. Leyton Matheson knows this all too well. He is second in command
behind Max Adorite. Max saved his life and when your best friend and only
family tells you to stay away from his little sister; you do as your told
unless you want to end up dead. But that doesn’t stop the combustible
attraction between Leyton and Ashlynn.
Ashlynn has had a rough life. At the age of twenty-six she
has seen and been through so much. Who wouldn’t with her family. Max was her
savior, always there when she needed to be saved. And she still doesn’t understand
why Leyton denies himself and is so loyal to her brother. Why can’t he just man
up and tell him to get over himself. All she knows is she wants Leyton to warm
her bed.
And then there’s Jase, bodyguard and lover to Ashlynn. He
too has had a rough life but became a better man when Ashlynn hired him on and
bringing him into the Adorite fold. Jase
is content to only be with Ashlynn if that’s what she wants but he knows that
won’t complete either of them. So he too wants Leyton to warm his bed.
