This was my first book by Theresa Troutman so I wasn’t sure
what to expect. This was a quick read for me with a fast paced storyline with
great characters. Her writing style and believable characters made the story
flow easily.
Alicia is a newly divorced woman on a mission to start over
and leave her past behind. Hunter is fun, easy going man working at a pub and
playing in a band. He too wants to leave his ghosts in the past. Together they
go from friends to lovers each being by each other’s side to make the road
ahead that much better.
This is just a feel good book from beginning to end. There
was little angst or drama and just a fun, fluffy romantic story with a HEA. Who
doesn’t need one of those books in their life?
